Meeples automatically analyzes sales data and provides actionable recommendations for which games could perform well in your store. These insights help you stay ahead of trends and cater to customer preferences. All recommended products are neatly organized into a list, categorized by supplier or purchasing channel. From there, all you need to do is review the list and click the Order button.
Once the orders are confirmed, Meeples handles the rest. At 7:00 PM each day, the system automatically retrieves all confirmed orders and integrates them into its database for seamless processing. This automation eliminates manual order entry, saving you valuable time and reducing errors.
Meeples POS is compatible with a wide range of popular point-of-sale systems, ensuring smooth integration with your existing setup. Supported platforms include Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Lightspeed, and many more. This flexibility allows board game retailers to adopt Meeples without the need for costly overhauls or disruptions to their current systems.

Pricing Model
Meeples offers a flexible and transparent pricing model designed to fit the needs of board game retailers, whether small or large.
Subscription Costs
Our subscription starts at €25 per month, covering up to 1,000 orders. For businesses with higher order volumes, we offer an additional fee of €5 per 500 orders. This ensures that you only pay for the level of service that fits your store’s activity.
Revenue Through Distribution
A significant portion of orders are placed directly with Meeples, where we act as a distributor. This is how we generate our revenue, allowing us to offer an efficient and cost-effective system for retailers while ensuring smooth logistics and reliable service.
Supplier Integration Fees
If you want to integrate additional suppliers into your Meeples system, there is a one-time setup fee of €100 per supplier. After this initial cost, there are no recurring monthly fees for supplier connections. External suppliers linked to our platform pay a fee for their integration in agreement with Meeples, ensuring smooth collaboration across the board.

However, exceptions are made for publishers who are top of the market with a proven track record and significant direct sales volume to stores. This exclusivity ensures a structured approach that benefits both distributors and retailers.
